I pointed this out to the support manager, who responded that they were informing me now, through the chat.
Well, I had no choice but to meet the wagering requirement. Luckily, I went on a winning streak, and when I calculated that my total wager was around $170-$180, I asked support how much more I needed to bet. They confirmed that I was now eligible to withdraw my funds.
I ended up withdrawing 0.042 ETH instead of the original 0.027 ETH, which had not been approved. I hope you’ll understand if I admit that I felt a little smug.
The funds were credited to my wallet instantly (within 2 minutes), and there were no withdrawal fees. Also, keep in mind that there is a maximum withdrawal limit of $30,000 per month.
